So here's another try of my pencil shots. It wasn't my plan to post another one of my tries but julius suggested to have a look at the shot without the pencil. I didn't want to put up the same and I also thought another colour adds something new to it! And yes: I prefer blue instead of red!
So, hier ist nun ein weiterer Versuch meiner Buntstiftbilder. Eigentlich wollte ich aus der Reihe nur eins hochladen, aber julius hatte vorgeschlagen, einen Blick auf das Bild ohne Buntstift zu werfen. Da ich nicht das gleiche Bild noch einmal verwenden wollte, aber ich auf eins der anderen zurückgegriffen. Außerdem dachte ich mir, dass ein wenig mehr Farbe dabei auch nicht schlecht ist - zumal ich blau immer besser finde als rot!

To me, this shot does a better job of emphasizing the textures of the shavings. Nice job!

the blue add a very nice contrast to the red and light brown wood color. that said, i still prefer the composition on the original shot.
