Normally the journey from Bonn to Hamburg takes four and a half hours by train - as I said: normally! For a lot of stupid reasons I was sitting in the train for seven and a half hours. Additionally someone decided that the train is already too late and therefore it is not a real problem when the train does not stop at the final station in Hamburg. Which meant the last stop was 15 minutes before Hamburg. That is a very nice start for a weekend...
I took the picture for today at the same place of my last entry. In the background you can see a part of Bonn called "Bad Godesberg". For me it is more a village next to the town than a quarter.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and try to avoid long journeys in the train!
Normalerweise dauert die Fahrt mit dem Zug von Bonn nach Hamburg 4,5 Stunden - wie ich eben sagte: normalerweise. Aus diversen dummen Gründen verbrachte ich gestern jedoch 7,5 Stunden in Zug. Zusätzlich kam noch jemand ganz schlaues auf den Gedanken, dass der Zug ja eh schon viel zu spät sei und es somit kein Problem darstelle, wenn der Zug nicht bis Hamburg durchfährt, sondern die Enthaltestelle nach Harburg vorverlegt. Also hatte ich einen sehr guten Start ins Wochenende...
Mein Bild für heute ist an fast der gleichen Stelle entstanden, wie mein letzter Eintrag. Im Hintergrund kann man den Stadtteil "Bad Godesberg" sehen, der für mich aber mehr das Nachbardorf darstelle als ein Stadtteil.
Genießt den Rest des Wochenendes und versucht lange Zugfahrten zu vermeiden!

Ha ha ha ha ... I'm sorry for that .. I'm not laughing at you but I'm laughing about the system. I thought thing like that only happened in my country. Well I will keep that in my mind, if I'm visiting Germany again. Last time I visited Europe, I really enjoyed commuting using train.
