I saw some shots of Snoqualmie Falls at Tom's Blog and I decided that it is a place where I would like to take some new shots. Yesterday after work Lee from spectapelli and I drove there and had a look. Sadly I am not very happy with my result. The one I have posted was more a try to have a look at the colours and I did not really want to have another fence in the foreground. But the planed to be a proper version is not sharp enough to post it and therefore you have to deal wih another fence picture. The weekend has began and the weather doesn't look to good but I hope I will find some nice places soon.
Ich habe ein paar Bilder von den Snoqualmie Wasserfällen in dem Blog von Tom gesehen und habe beschlossen, dass ich dort auch ein paar Bilder machen mag. Und so sind Lee von spectapelli und ich gestern nach der Arbeit dorthin gefahren und habe vor uns hin fotografiert. Leider bin ich mit meinen Bildern nicht wirklich zufrieden. Der heutige Eintrag war eigentlich nur ein Testbild, um zu schauen, wie die Farben so aussehen. Ich wollte nicht gleich noch einmal einen Zaun im Vordergrund haben. Aber dummerweise ist das eigentliche Bild nicht wirklich scharf genug, um es hier reinzusetzen. Und so müsst Ihr halt mit dieser Zaumversion klarkommen. Das Wochenende hat begonnen und das Wetter schaut nicht gerade toll aus. Dennoch werde ich mich gleich mal aufmachen und schauen, was ich hier so nettes finde.

I think this one came out great with the two vertical lines of the fence!

wow - i like this shot. there are a few things that distracts the eye but i like the colours that you have managed to bring out.

The colors has a definite "awe" effect..Fence as a frame..i love it!

WOW! This looks surrealistic. Great colours, and I've always loved the look of water on long-term exposures. Even with the fence a great shot.
