The weekend has gone by so quickly. But at least I managed it to take some new shots to post. Yesterday I went to the Discovery Park (without getting lost on the way). Next to the park is a beach with a lighthouse. Sadly it was VERY cloudy and so all my picture are grayer than gray. Over the next days I will post one or two shots of the lighthouse but I like to start with this one. The girl was posing for a picture. I do not why but a lot of people are doing this "look, I fly away" gesture when they are in front of a camera... Strange world!
Das Wochenende ist mal wieder sehr schnell vergangen. Aber immerhin habe ich es geschafft ein paar neue Bilder zu machen. Gestern war ich im Discovery Park (und das ohne mich zu verfahren oder zu verlaufen). Gleich neben dem Park ist ein Strand mit Leuchtturm (der aber mehr in die Breite als in die Höhe geht). Dummerweise war es sehr windig, so dass meine Bilder alle grauer als grau sind. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich sicherlich ein oder zwei Bilder von dem Leuchtturm in den Blog setzen; aber ich mag erst einmal mit diesem hier beginnen. Das Mädel posiert gerade für ein Photo. Ich habe keine Ahnung warum, aber irgendwie haben viele Leute, die sich vor der Kamera befinden, diese "schau, ich fliege weg" Geste drauf... Komische Welt!

Nice shot, it is a bit strange - maybe it's the ocean that makes them want to do a Titanic style thing.
schöne Komposition, das kräftige Schwarz der Klamotten und die bereits erwähnte "schräge Haltung" vor dieser wilden und windigen Kulisse. Hat einige ganz eigene Spannung und man regelrecht die Wellen hören und den feinen Wassernebel auf der Haut spüren....
Love the toning here - I was going to ask if she was doing t'ai chi until I read your description. Her pose complements the natural movement in the scene quite well.

Witzige Perspektive, sieht fast aus als würde sie gleich ins Wasser kippen. Die Armhaltung gibt dem Bild echt was "schräges".
