I am still struggling a bit with the time difference (well it is four in the morning and I am awake). Yesterday (my first real day in Seattle) I had the most difficult task: trying to find something to eat. It was very easy to get to the grocery store but it took a while until I found everything I wanted. Probably I looked quite silly while trying to find all the stuff...
This shot was taken out of one of my windows and I like to say that I didn't changed the colours - maybe I should start to get used to the American writing: colors - at all!
Derzeit habe ich doch noch etwas mit dem Zeitunterschied zu kämpfen (nun ja, denn derzeit is es vier Uhr morgens); aber es wird so langsam besser. Gestern (an meinem ersten richtigen Tag hier in Seatlle) hatte ich eine der schwierigsten Aufgaben: etwas zu Essen zu finden. Es war recht leicht, den Supermarkt zu finden; allerdings hat es doch lange gedauert, bis ich alles hatte, was ich haben wollte. Wahrscheinlich habe ich in dem Laden recht komisch ausgeschaut.
Das Bild ist aus meinem Wohnzimmerfenster aufgenommen und ich mag dazu sagen, dass ich an den Farben überhaupt nichts geändert habe.

Mmm, when I arrive to the US from Europe I always wake up earlier than normal. It lasts usually a week, and then everything goes back to normal. Or abnormal, that is, since I have always a hard time waking up in the morning, and the only time I actually wake up at a decent time is when I am back from Europe ;-)
Jemand sagte es schon ... schöne Aussicht. Ich war zwar noch nicht in Seattle, aber kenne das Gefühl einer fremden Stadt sehr gut. Geniesse den Blick ... und halte Dich dran fest, wenn es Dir da mal schlecht gehen sollte.
