I'm back from Vancouver. I am not really happy with the pictures I took there but I like to post one for my uncle because he really loves Vancouver. (So I am hoping to make him a bit jealous ;) Hope you all have a great weekend. For the ones who live in Seattle: tomorrow is the Meetup. We will meet in the Bauhaus at 11 am.
Bin nun aus Vancouver zurück. Die Bilder gefallen mir bisher noch nicht so wirklich... Aber ich mag dennoch eins reinsetzen, vor allem um meinen Onkel ein wenig neidisch zu machen - der nämlich so richtig Vancouver begeistert ist. Wünsche allen ein schönes Wochenende!

Das ist doch ein sehr schönes Foto! Sehr vielgestaltig mit regelrechten Farbschwerpunkten. Und weihnachtlich sieht es tatsächlich aus (obwohl ich es eigentlich ätzend finde, dass hier schon vor Totensonntag die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung brennt). Aber so ganz ernstnehmen darf man das alles eh nicht mehr...
Dein Bild zeigt hinten den Anlegeplatz für Kreuzfahrtschiffe (und ist selbst wie ein Schiff gebaut). Ich denke wehmütig an meine Zeit in Vancouver. Schöne Aufnahme!
It's a quite unusual view of Vancouver... I don't know it well enough to guess where exactly it is from but it must be from water or a less touristy part of the waterfront. is it?

This is a really nice city shot. I especially love the reflection on the water. The reflection on the right hand side of the picture is reall vivid. Thanks again for leaving a comment on my site! I hope you visit again soon.

Love the red/orange light reflections on the water on the right hand side. Nice horizontal horizon.
