Just a very quick post. This tree is the ghost tree and located at the "17 mile Drive" south of Monterey. The area is really beautiful! I will post another tree shot from there soon but now it is time to do the laundry and to have a look at San Diego where I am right at the moment.
Update: While uploading the new size of my pics I corrected the picture a bit...Now the horizon does not make the water running out of the shot.
Nur ein ganz schneller und kurzer Eintrag. Der Baum wird "Ghost tree" genannt und ist am "17 mile drive" südlich von Monterey und eine unheimlich schöne Gegend. Ein weiteres Baumbild werde ich noch reinsetzen; aber nun muss ich erst einmal Wäsche machen und dann San Diego anschauen...
Kleines Update: Beim Hochladen der neuen Größe habe ich auch gleich mal den Horizont gerade gemacht.

Ein schönes Bild, die Farben kommen sehr gut zur Geltung. Lass mich raten: als nächstes zeigst du uns den 'Lone Cypress Tree' :-)

Obwohl das Bild von der Stimmung her sehr ansprechend ist, läuft der Ozean leider nach links aus.
Aber der angenehme Gesamteindruck überwiegt doch!

Very nice shot of a beautiful area. I was just there (17 mile)last week. I didn't get any sunset pics like this one. Very nice.
