This February is not really full of creativity. Therefore I decided to have another look in my archive to see if I find something which is okay to post. I did not post this shot early because I think it is a bit too dark. It was taken while sun set and sadly I was there without my tripod... But I like the warmth of the light -> something I really need!
The good news is that my internet is working :-)

Somit habe ich mal wieder tief in meinem Archiv gewühlt und ein Bild von der Mission in Santa Barbara gefunden. Eigentlich ist es mir ein wenig zu dunkel, aber derzeit habe ich nicht viele Alternative und so erscheint es hier. Aufgenommen habe ich es während des Sonnenunterganges und hatte dummerweise das Stativ nicht dabei. Dennoch mag ich die Wärme des Lichtes, was mir momentan eindeutig fehlt.
Aber ich habe noch eine gute Neuigkeit: seid gestern funktioniert mein Internet wieder!!!

In these cases where the top of the image is bright, and the bottom dark I apply a "curves" correction layer in Photoshop with a vertical gradient in the layer mask. This way I can brighten selectively the image and make it more uniform. I kind of like the deep colors at the bottom, though.
find das dunkle in der unteren haelfte in ordnung. mit den knalligen farben im wasser erscheint das ganze wie eine tag (oben) nacht (unten) spiegelung.
Finde das Bild sehr ansprechend. Auch wenn es etwas dunkel ist, wirkt es natürlich und kontrastreich.
Erzähle doch ein wenig von den Orten, an denen Du gewesen bist. Finde ich immer sehr interessant!
Mir gefällt der Kontrast, gibt dem Bild eine schöne Dynamik.
Hätte mich auch in SW interessiert, da mir die Sättigung fast schon ein bisserl viel vorkommt.

Another way for you to selective lighten or darken parts of the image in PS is to use the dodge and burn tools.
I think though that this is a nice shot.

I like the"dark mood" and the reflex,it's dynamic.It's like a soul:maybe bright,maybe deep or black.Not your best shot,but it's nice.
