I am not that sure about this shot; maybe because of the saturation or the white space or the DOF!? But there is something which keeps me looking at the picture. So I appreciate your opinion.

Ich bin mir nicht wirklich sicher über diese Bild; vielleicht liegt es an der Sättigung der Farben, an der großen weißen Fläche oder an der Tiefenschärfe!? Aber irgendwas an diesem Bild bringt mich dazu, es mir doch immer wieder anzuschauen. Somit freue ich mich auf Deine Meinung.

Einfach nur lecker. Sieht aus wie ein Supermakro von meiner H0-Eisenbahnanlage.
uuuuhhh great d.o.f., a good framing and lining in this image! super colors and contrast, but maybe more focus on the moss in the center. it seems there is a bit too less d.o.f. ... for my opinion.
For me, the more shallow DoF contributes to the effect of this image - we begin with the moss, but the rail receding into the distance draws the eye into the background where the mind can wander and ponder what may lie beyond.
genau das richtige Bild für dieses regnerische Frühjahrswetter. Schöner helld-dunkel Verlauf mit dem Mittelpunkt des grünen Moses, das den unaufhaltsam kommenden Frühling ankündigt!
Dieser Kontrast Natur und Industriekultur/-design gefällt mir echt gut. Gerne mehr ;-)

I really like the angle close to the ground, it give the picture a dynamic feeling.
I like it for the same reasons you doubt for it. The narrow DOF, the branch crossing the frame, the whiteout on the top... the very low angle. You see, now I feel like a little ant, and all this landscape can be overwhelming... walking on this track, looking at that huge moss ahead as high as a mountain... will I be able to climb it and get past it along my journey?
