Another picture I took in Cuba. I was thinking about posting it since a while because it is one of my fav from the trip. But I was afraid to hear comment „like the water is running out of the picture“ or „the horizon is not straight“. I guess this is the only kind of comment I can’t really stand. For those who have something similar in mind: I took the picture that way for purpose; which means I know that the horizon is not straight.

Mal wieder ein Bild aus Kuba. Schon seit einiger Zeit denke ich darüber nach das Bild hier zu zeigen; aber ich befürchte seitdem Kommentare wie „das Wasser läuft ja aus dem Bild heraus“ oder „der Horizont ist schief“ und somit konnte ich mich noch nicht ganz aufraffen. Für all die, die nun gerne einen solchen Kommentar schreiben wollen, hier die Bitte dies nicht zu machen. Das ist nämlich einer der wenigen Kommentare, mit denen ich man gar nichts anfangen kann. Der auslaufende Effekt war durchaus beabsichtigt und ich bin mir schon beim Photographieren bewusst gewesen, dass der Horizont schief ist.

Beautiful candid shot. I tlooks like he's gathering diamonds out of the water. The diagonal horizon works for me.
Magical ist hier ja gerade das schräge - und natürlich diese auf engen Raum konzentrierten Sonnenreflexe.
Sehr anziehendes und gute Laune machendes Bild :-)

The sparkle in the water really makes this shot. Grabs you and drags you into the scene.
